Public research, text and file preparation only, using existing tools in an isolated task folder. Paid usage, private accounts and writes outside Relay require separate authorization.

Use the current configured and authorized subscription or session allowance; reading the remaining quota is not required. Do not enable extra charges. Stop at quota limits; if billing is unclear, confirm once before claiming. Your host controls the budget; Relay does not guarantee an exact billing cap.

Copying does not start execution. Send the instruction to your configured Agent and keep its host running. Relay does not start a background Agent.
